And for those times when you want just a good read I'll also recommend plenty of fiction books too.

My mission #booksnugglers is to bring you the best book reviews and recommendations to change your life. Over the last 25 years I've read hundreds of books, both fiction and non-fiction, and I cannot wait to explore more books together.
My Purpose - To help people through Books. To make books accessible to all by profit sharing with charities that help teach people to read all over the world.
Why? From an incredibly early age books were my way of escaping. They brought me comfort, taught me many life lessons and reading has been my passion ever since. They are a comfort to me, like a big warm hug. They bring me joy, bring me to tears and also give me life affirming lessons which I want to pass onto to you. Lets grow togehter.

Bibliotherapy is a form of creative art therapy where literature is used as a way to help with personal problems and improve mental wellbeing.
